: Planning for Co-evolution
Embedding the capacity for an increasingly resilient
and valued legacy through time.

Regenerative developments enable stakeholders to understand and live out the desired relationship with place, even as the project matures and changes. They recognize and incorporate new social, economic and ecological opportunities to grow an increasingly valued and valuable legacy
Regenerative developments provide enduring value because they embrace and adapt to change. They can do so because the people involved understand how the project works as a whole, and see a meaningful role for themselves in maintaining the integrity of that whole.
We build that understanding and engagement through:
- orientation programs and training workshops for HOAs, facilities and land managers, and maintenance crews
- maintenance guidelines, site management plans, CC&Rs, and orientation materials that grow that understanding and facilitate those roles, and
- Post occupancy assessments of how a project is performing against its regenerative targets, and recommendations for cost-effective improvements
The Result? Projects that:
- Operate more efficiently with less resources
- Maintain their effectiveness even as environmental conditions change
- Continually improve habitat for humans and wildlife
- Realize new social, economic, and ecological opportunities over time.
